Julia is a registered Yoga instructor through The Yoga Alliance. 500 RYT. She received this certification through The Yoga Underground.
Julia has a talent and love for teaching. The style is Tanha yoga, which means 'having a thirst for living'. Julia encourages self expression, love and fun in her classes. She loves to connect with people and help others align the body, mind and spirit. Her classes have a focus on strengthening the spine, and injury recovery.
Julia uses many resources to benefit her classes, such as implementing doTERRA essential oils to deepen the practice, partner exercises, as well as props including bolsters, straps and blocks.
Joey is a jiu jitsu competitor, and amateur mixed martial artist. He has been training under Jason Mertlich for nearly 7 years, and competing for 4 of them. His style emphasizes explosive timing, and unorthodox movement.
Cody North has been studying Jiu Jitsu for 6 years both Gi and No-Gi. From 2014-2016, Cody competed at NAGA in the Novice No-Gi division bringing home Silver as a White Belt in 2014. In 2015 placed Gold in the Intermediate No-Gi division as a Blue Belt. In 2016, placed 4th in the Expert No-Gi Division also as a Blue Belt. He received his Purple Belt in April 2017.
Cody has been married to his beautiful and supportive wife for 4 years and they have one little boy. Cody currently working towards a Master’s degree in Social Work to be a LCSW.
